Pete's Pad!

How many other people go to Pete's Pad?

Personally I don't use it as much anymore, on account of we get invaded by stoners, who leave the place in a mess. The other day, our band went in, and there were cigarettes, the famous ash-brick, and other assorted mess. Then we found a piece of paper with some lyrics on it, that belonged to the stoner punk band at school, ho ho ho busted!!

Does anyone else have trouble fleeing from the old lady from Pete's Pad? She keeps us talking for hours. She's nice but sometimes, you just want to get home for your tea.

And is the old lady called Pete, cos you never actually see one armed Pete himself. My hunch is that she took Pete's crown after he fell down the stairs the other week. My mate Jim opened the door, and Pete fell down the stairs, and went to hospital [img]frown.gif[/img]

the old dear can be a bit hard to get away from but most old people are.lol

The infamous Pete is an old guy with Parkinsons, the old woman is his wife, she visits him in hospital (she even changed her visiting hours so we could go and practice. lol) i think the place is now run properly by her son, who is in "The Pigies".......(?).she likes telling stories

yer,we found those shocking lyrics too, i spat on them..."Dream Quest".haha.....etc

it was in a mess when we went, if it had a lick of paint (and more spray paint maybe) it would be a right classy joint

I think the Rumble Band play there too.oooooooo

The Rumble Band live there. You see the boxes in the little rooms? That's where they sleep, and they all roll out of the boxes on the sound of a bell, following which all seventy of them practice their music. The bell rings a second time, and they all roll back into their boxes / bass drum.

whilst we were practicing 2nite, there was a notice stuck on the outside doors reading
"Due to ill health and in need of a rest, we will not be taking any more bookings, sorry"
....i think this maybe due to the fact that "pete" is in Hospital and the woman is old...etc...
